Ticket Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable with the exception that refunds will be made in full in the event of a cancelled performance. Ticket exchanges are permitted, however (see below).

Ticket Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Call (509) 548-6347, x.1

Group Tickets

Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Contact the box office for details (509) 548-6347 x1

Seating

Seating is General Admission (not reserved). Our lobby opens one hour before start time and doors into the theater typically open 30 minutes before.

Accessible Seating

Accessible and wheelchair seating is available. Please contact the box office for seats or special requests as far in advance as possible.  More accessibility and venue information is available here.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available for hearing impaired patrons in Snowy Owl Theater.

Privacy Policy

Icicle Creek Center For The Arts respects your privacy. You may opt out of all mailings and emails. We store your personal information on a secure server, and we will not trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (name, address, phone number, or email) with any other party. We do not record your credit card number after the sale is complete.
