ICCA’s 2026 Chamber Music Festival

July 31 – August 14, 2026

The 2026 ICCA Chamber Music Festival

The 2026 ICCA Chamber Music Festival is a summer concert series and music program focused on training emerging artists and young classical musicians—especially string players and pianists—through an intensive, intimate, collaborative experience.

What the festival is

It’s a two-week educational and performance festival (July 31 – August 14, 2026) where selected musicians work closely with professional artists. Including:

  • Two music camps (immersive training program)
  • A professional mentorship experience
  • A public concert series

What participants do

Students who attend go through a rigorous daily schedule that includes:

  • Chamber music rehearsals (small ensemble playing)
  • Masterclasses with expert musicians
  • Reading sessions (learning new music quickly)
  • Coaching and lessons
  • Collaborative work with peers

The goal is to build:

  • Ensemble skills (playing well with others)
  • Musical independence
  • Professional-level performance ability

Performances & community aspect

During the festival:

  • There are public concerts throughout the two weeks
  • Students and faculty perform for the community
  • The program ends with final performances by participants

So it’s not just training—it’s also a live concert experience for audiences.

Who it’s for

  • Middle school, high school, and college-level musicians
  • Players are placed based on skill and commitment
