Associate Director
The Associate Director partners with the Executive Director at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts (ICCA) to drive organizational growth, determine marketing strategy, improve organizational systems, secure diverse funding streams, and elevate the organization’s public profile. The Associate Director will develop and implement ICCA’s grant, sponsorship and donor strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director and other ICCA team members. The ideal candidate combines a passion for the performing arts with strong organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills. This is a hands-on role that supports both the fundraising and community engagement goals of ICCA.

Office Manager & Bookkeeper
The Office Manager & Bookkeeper provides essential support in financial matters, office administration, communications, data management, and donor relations. This role serves as the first point of contact for the public and supports internal operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic arts organization.

A/V TECH
We are always interested in audio-visual technicians to support our ongoing events. We provide an on-the-job training environment for those with a positive attitude and possess a technical aptitude.
