Shila joined Icicle Creek in the summer of 2023. Over the years her role and scope has evolved to take on more and more responsibility. In September 2026 she stepped into the role of Programming Director.
Shila brings years of customer service and non-profit experience to Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. She is a longtime resident of Leavenworth who has alsways been involved with the arts as a creator and a patron. Shila has appreciated all that Icicle Creek has given her family as patrons and she is honored to continue bringing varied, engaging and mind opening programming to North Central Washington patrons.
