An accomplished leader in the nonprofit arts world, Phil brings a deep background in the performing arts and a passion for the NCW community to Icicle Creek. After working extensively in Seattle and Chicago, Phil led the Leavenworth Summer Theater for four years and was then thrilled to transition across town to ICCA at the beginning of 2022. When not behind a desk, he is most comfortable in the theater as an actor, director, and choreographer, and in his kitchen – putting probably too much salt in everything.
