With 18 years in HR and nearly five years in the nonprofit sector, Donna brings a strong commitment to people, community, and impact. She earned her MBA from Missouri Baptist University in 2011 and moved from St. Louis to Washington almost seven years ago, where she and her husband of 35 years, a Navy veteran, are raising four sons—two biological and two adopted.
A former music major and karate student, she now devotes her energy to strength training five days a week, proudly dubbed a “gym rat” by her boys. Her most meaningful work includes helping launch a drive-thru food bank during COVID, supporting the Fresh Hope Market at Serve Wenatchee, and working with at-risk youth in St. Louis. She believes respect always translates, and that no one can be more invested in a solution than the person living it.
