As director of Wenatchee High School’s mariachi program, Eddie Cortes is a passionate advocate for music education. He holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Central Washington University and a Master’s in Education from Grand Canyon University.
In 2019, Eddie became the director of the Mariachi Northwest Festival, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing music education to the community.
