Supporting ICCA and the arts promotes a shared space for our community to explore, experiment, create or just get swept away in something new.
Christine retired from the Boeing Company where she spent most of her career in the flight deck, as a Captain of experimental aircraft. She was an engineer, a pilot, a leader in marketing and an executive. Christine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado and Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Christine previously served as President of the Boeing Employee Concert Band and played flute with the band. During her tenure, the band played concerts at youth detention centers and senior living communities. Christine endeavored to bring live music to those unable to attend conventional venues.
You can find Christine either playing the flute, biking, skiing, hiking or playing outdoors. On Wednesday afternoons you will find her at Icicle Brewery with the Knit and Brew gang. She is an avid knitter who loves the art of creating and experimenting with texture and colors.
