As always, admission is free to students and those 18 years old and under
Join us May, 10, 11 and 12 for the 2024 Leavenworth Jazz Festival! This year's festival will present performances by great musicians featuring the wide variety and nuances of traditional and contemporary jazz music. Performances will include:
Swing Dance at the Festhalle by led award winning dancers Elaine Buchignani and Stephan Huynh.
Jazz About Town, featuring local favorites and visiting artists playing jazz in our town at your favorite restaurants and venues. All performances free of charge.
Jazz at the Meadow Stage at the beautiful Icicle Creek Center for the Arts.
Jazz at the Snowy Owl Theater at the beautiful Icicle Creek Center for the Arts
Young Artist Showcase, presenting performances by young musicians in their quest to emulate the world’s best musicians. 6 pm to 7 pm
Russell Malone, our feature artist will treat you to a performance to remember. 7 to 9 at the Snowy Owl Theater.
NEW FOR 2024
Our Friday Night Swing Dance moves to the spacious Leavenworth Festhalle, providing walking access to dining and downtown amenities. Your Swing Dance tickets will include swing dance lessons, a local student “Art of Jazz” show and other attractions that will inform and entertain and you and your family.
Many of your favorite downtown venues are participating in this year’s “JAZZ AROUND TOWN” concerts, providing free listening opportunities while you tour our picturesque Bavarian village.
Cascade High School has generously granted access to their facilities to host up to eight middle and high school bands and our educational sessions for adjudicated performances and master classes; all of which the we offer for free to the general public.
