Marty Fallon, born in Ohio, graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Nursing and worked in New York, Boston and San Francisco before she and her husband, Bob, a general surgeon, opted to live in rural small towns in the West. They spent many years in Moses Lake, then Utah and Idaho before “retiring” to Leavenworth in 2010. She joined the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts Board of Directors in 2015. Marty and her husband are avid enthusiasts of the outdoor community, enjoying a multitude of sports including skiing, hiking, biking and river rafting. They have two adult children and are lucky to have two grandsons living in Leavenworth, which keeps them involved with many of the youth activities in the community.
