TICKETS DISCLAIMER

ALL TICKETS ARE WILL CALL! TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE ONE HOUR BEFORE THE CONCERT STARTS.

Ticket Descriptions (except special events - prices will be noted)

• Senior (62 and over)
• Student (12 and over)
• Children (5 to 12) admission is free - except where noted
• Season Subscription (includes all concerts in a specific concert series)

NO TICKET REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

Late Arrival: In the event of a sold-out performance, reserved seats not claimed at concert starting time may be resold to those on the waiting list. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before curtain to secure your seat.

Children: Children aged 5 years or older may attend concerts. Children of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend the special children's concerts.

Smoking: The Icicle Creek Music Center campus is a non-smoking site. Please, no smoking until you leave the site.

Tickets: Although tickets are available at the door one hour before each concert begins, advance reservations are highly recommended for this intimate, 100-seat hall.

SHIPPING

Tickets: Concert & event tickets are will call only.
CDs, apparel, etc: Shipping fees are included in price of product. Products are sent via USPS Standard mail. 2 Day Priority mail is available at additional charges.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Tickets: There are NO refunds available for purchased tickets.
CDs, apparel, etc: If you have received damaged or defective product(s) from Icicle Creek Music Center, please contact us at (509) 548-6347 to make return arrangements.
