What to do now that the show has been canceled
Hey Marseilles event cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ve had to cancel the HEY MARSEILLES event this weekend, Sat., Aug. 4. We’re as disappointed as you are but, that said, we have a range of solutions that we hope will satisfy you AND get you back out to Icicle Creek for one of the many upcoming events still ahead.
If you are a ticket holder for this event, below you fill find four options for exchanging or refunding your ticket(s):
Ticket Return Options
Please feel free to contact Patron Services by email at alex@icicle.org or by phone at (509) 548-6347, x.1
- Exchange any ticket(s) you purchased for TWO tickets to see THE PAPERBOYS on the Meadow Stage the following Saturday, Aug. 11, 7 p.m.
- Credit your ticket purchase price toward any future performance at Icicle Creek.
- Donate your ticket purchase price back to Icicle Creek. This option, of course, supports the arts and comes with full membership benefits for you for a year.
- Request a refund. Ouch (if we’re honest), but it’s the right thing to do and if you want your money back, you’ll get it.
