Gregg Carrington is currently president of the Icicle Creek Center for the Arts Board of Directors. He brings over 30 years’ experience in the electric utility industry. Carrington is currently the Managing Director of Energy Resources at Chelan Public Utility District. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Energy Trading and Planning and managing the District’s net wholesale revenues. Prior to his current position, Carrington was the Managing Director of the Natural Resources Division which included FERC compliance, license implementation and fish and wildlife programs, and management of the District’s hatchery facilities. He also held the positions of Director of External Affairs, Director of Hydro Services (engineering) and the Director of Licensing. Carrington holds a bachelor and masters degree in Engineering from Clarkson University.
